All those who volunteer in and on behalf of the parish need to complete a Volunteer Orientation, which consists of the following:
For information regarding the volunteer database, click here
The parish is offering dates in which you can come to a “Volunteer Orientation” to have your photo taken, receive a photo ID to be worn while on campus or ministering as a parish volunteer, fill out the appropriate forms, and receive necessary information for fingerprinting, virtus training, and maintaining your volunteer profile at the parish.
No appointment is necessary. Drop in anytime between the listed hours in the parish hall. It will take 15 minutes at most. To expedite the process, print the forms online or pick up in the parish office and have them already completed upon arrival. Click here for the packet in English. Click here for the packet in Spanish. If you are wanting to volunteer as a Eucharistic Minster, you will need to complete an additional form which can be found here.
There are no volunteer orientation dates at this time. If you need to fill out the packet or get your photo taken for an ID badge, contact the parish office at (805)967-5641 or email kmccue@straphaelsb.org to make an appointment with Kylie McCue.
