Saint Vincent de Paul

In the tradition of its founder, Blessed Frédéric Ozanam, and patron, St. Vincent de Paul, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul is a Catholic lay organization inspired by Gospel values. The Society leads women and men to join together to grow spiritually by offering person-to-person service to those who are needy and suffering.

Some Past Accomplishments:

• SVDP assisted 100 Families with grocery gift Cards for Thanksgiving.
• Ongoing assistance in the community for partial emergency rent, minor car repair, utilities, gas, etc.
• Giving of McDonald gift cards for the immediate need to eat.

At St Vincent de Paul, our members listen to each person or family that we visit to understand their situation and to see how we can help them. The ways in which we help varies with individual needs and our ability to help them.

Volunteer: 

We are looking for people that want to be involved either on a regular basis or just occasionally when your time permits. Looking for friendly, helpful Parishioners that can help with donation collections, gift card distribution, future events, case management. The Society’s mission is clear: Vincentian ministry is a means for acquiring holiness. The ministry of a Vincentian toward neighbors in need is the powerful means that affects holiness of life for the individual Vincentian.
